That is a really good question. I can't personally give you an answer to that specifically, but you may want to talk with the Mexicali Industrial Development Commission (IDC). I looked at setting up an assembly facility in Mexicali and one of the additional costs that I had to take into consideration was air conditioning. The IDC should be able to get you some solid numbers on what the cost of air conditioning is in the 120 degree July heat.
