Total Inventory Space of Industrial Real Estate in Mexico

Hi:

I’m attempting to get an accurate number regarding the TOTAL supply of industrial (warehouse) RE in Mexico. I am able to find much information regarding the different regions within Mexico (from region specific market studies, etc), but I haven’t had much luck finding the data for the country OVERALL.

I’d like to learn the total supply and the annual new developments for industrial (warehouse) RE for as many years in the past as possible. The years 2000 – 2008 would probably be sufficient.

1) What is/was the total inventory of warehouse space (all classes) in Mexico for each year from 2000 – 2008?

2) What is/was the total inventory of warehouse space (modern, class A) in Mexico for each year from 2000 – 2008?
