We are considering a project in Mexicali, can anyone tell me what the average wage rate for unskilled labor is there?

It will really depend on your operation. Fully loaded will probably be somewhere around $2.30 an hour for unskilled labor. Mexicali is particularly good though for skilled labor since it has such a large presence of maquiladoras.
