Integra Realty Resources de México is an extension of the IRR organization from the United States, the largest of its kind in that country, with 53 independent offices in the U.S. and two in Mexico, having over 825 analysis, 150 of whom hold MAI designations, engaged in property valuations and real estate consulting.

IRR de México was created in 2004 to meet the need in both Mexico and internationally for a company that would make use of the talent and experience of highly qualified Mexican appraisers who, in compliance with the prerequisites in effect in Mexico that require the appraiser to hold an engineering or architectural degree with specialization in valuations, would additionally possess sufficient schooling, training and certifications to perform property appraisals in Mexico, presenting the valuation reports in compliance with the requirements and formats used by U.S. financial institutions, and in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and who moreover satisfy the standards established for Mexico's State and Federal Certified Valuations by Mexico's Banking institutions.

Our typical clients are financial institutions, real estate developers, investors, owners or groups engaged in lending or sale of developments located in Mexico, and insurance companies. In general, they are international clients that require the performance of appraisals or studies on properties located in Mexico. We valuate several of the largest industrial-office portfolios localed throughout the Mexican Republic.
