We are currently working on a joint venture project on 750 acres
with 1 and 3/4 miles of ocean frontage in San Quintin, Baja, Ca.

We are also working on establishing a joint venture with 1,000 acres
and 1 mile of ocean frontage just north of Mazatlan.

Our interests are Resort/hotel/golf course programs for hotel,tyme share, and residential with marina and retail development and golf courses. The Mexican sites
will also have senior retirement and health based communities. We are
creating desalination and power enhancement in each community.

We are the creators of the most successful resorts in Miami, Maui and Monterey Bay.
Our partners/joint venture entities have owned the lands in development for at least 30 years in each area.

We have business associates in Mexico and the rationale which is mentioned
